Combine all Chai Oatmeal ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes, uncovered. Be sure to stir it from time to time. When the oatmeal is thickened, remove from heat and allow it to cool.
