Creamy Cherry-Cauliflower Shake (E)

This shake is nothing short of magical. And I promise no one will taste the cauliflower. ;)


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower (I always use florets, but my sister uses riced and gets great results!)
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 doonks stevia (or 1/16 tsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
